CURRENT ACADEMIC ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Madhukar Mallya H teaches MBBS, Refresher MBBS, BDS and Allied Health Science courses like BPT, BOT, BRT, BSLH, MIT, BRRT&DT and BMLT students.
He:
· Is involved in problem based learning and self- directed learning sessions as facilitator for MBBS and BDS.
· Conducts sessions for problem-based learning, brain storming and presentations.
· Evaluates journals and PPD (Personal & Professional Development) records.
· Sets question papers for block/semester/university examinations.
· Is involved in group discussion of question papers with the colleagues (Modification of question paper, if required).
· Coordinates theory/practical examinations/Viva Voce.
· Provides Academic/Non-academic guidance/support and additional academic assistance to students
· Guides student projects.
· Scrutinises and signs the biochemical reports of the blood/urine/other biological fluid samples of patients from Dr TMA Pai Hospital, Udupi
· Guiding a PhD Student
