With over 15 years of academic experience, Dr. H N Shylaja has handled multiple responsibilities both at institutional/University level and the Department level. Dr. Shylaja has over 12 publications in peer reviewed journals and over 20 presentations in national and international conferences along with chapter publications in books of repute. With a Ph.D from prestigious Visvesvaraya Technological University, in the area of financial inclusion, her doctoral thesis has been applauded by the banking institutions who supported her research work. Dr. Shylaja has guided students in their projects at masters and Ph.D level. A passionate fitness enthusiast who has participated in several marathons across the state.
