On 27th August 2024, we had the opportunity to host a distinguished scholar and public health expert, Prof. Cherian Varghese, Director, Prasanna School of Public Health, MAHE Manipal at DPP. It was delightful to listen to and learn from his insightful talk on "Addressing the Public health and health services challenges of non-communicable diseases through policy interventions". Students of MA programme enjoyed discussing and interacting with Prof. Cherian. Faculty members and PhD scholars also interacted with him.
