Orientation Lecture Series by Prof. Jagannath Panda

The Department of Geopolitics and International Relations organized an orientation lecture series by Prof. Jagannath Panda, Adjunct Faculty at the Department, during 6-7 January 2025. He is currently the Head of the Stockholm Center for South Asian Studies and Indo-Pacific Affairs, as well as Executive Editor at the Institute of Security and Development Policy, Stockholm (Sweden).
Prof. Jagannath Panda delivered three lectures followed by interactions with students of the Department on very relevant themes in contemporary geopolitics:
- Great Powers in the Himalayan Region: Interests, Strategies and Trends
- India's Engagement with Northeast Asia
- Transatlantic Relations in Context of the Russia-Ukraine Conflict
