Embracing Mental Health Awareness on Kadike Beach

The Department of Student Affairs, MAHE, is set to organise Beach Yoga'24, a special event dedicated to promoting mental health awareness and combating drug abuse. This rejuvenating session is scheduled for Sunday, June 23, 2024, from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. at the Kadike Beach in front of the MAHE Guest House.
Beach Yoga'24 aims to provide a peaceful and supportive environment for staff and students to explore the benefits of yoga, mindfulness, and community. The event underscores the importance of mental well-being and the collective effort needed to address and prevent drug abuse.
