June 25, 2024: A Faculty Development Program (FDP) on “Effective Student Mentoring: Strategies for Managing Generation Z”, was held on 25th June 2024 from 10.30 am to 12.30 pm. FDP was conducted by Dr P V Bhandary, Managing Director and Psychiatrist, Dr AV Baliga Memorial Hospital, Udupi.

Principal Dr. Chef Thiru stressed the need to equip the teachers with the latest strategies and techniques to effectively mentor and engage our Generation Z students, who bring unique perspectives and challenges to our academic environment. The session was beneficial in enhancing the mentoring skills of teachers and fostering a more supportive and productive learning environment for our students.
