The sessions were held from 27/June to 02/July. The workshop was designed to impart information and techniques that the participants will be able to apply immediately. The sessions on The Art of Phonetics, Personal Grooming and Online Persona and Dining Etiquette were followed by a sumptuous four course formal sit-down meal.

The sessions were conducted by Professor Parvadhavardhini G, Principal, Mr Sandeep Srivastava, Associate Professor and Mr Paritosh Dabral, Assistant Professor – Selection Grade of the Welcomgroup Graduate School of Hotel Administration.
