Stretched over five days, the program focused on empowering the adolescents with life skill tips complemented by Colour Therapy, Yoga, Culinary Tips & individual/ group interaction with professionals. The response being unprecedented, the program had to be limited to 22 children for ensuring quality & personal attention. The idea conceived by Dr.Johnson, Head of Clinical Psychology was driven by Dr.Sebastian, Asst.Professor & supported by the faculty & M.Phil. Postgraduates. Dr.Shwetha Rai, Ms. Neetha Thomas, Ms. Sahana, Ms. Indu Toby & M.Phil.(Cl.Psy) fellows deserve special appreciation for the well-organized & needed program for adolescents in their crucial life stage of turbulence & confusion.
