"YUVA Be The One" Programme Conducted by ITC's Trade Marketing and Distribution (TM & D) Division at SOM Manipal

'YUVA - Be the One ITC On Campus' -"Rise to the Challenge, Ascend to the Top"

ITC's Trade Marketing and Distribution (TM & D) division conducted an on-campus Sales Activity "YUVA Be The One" Programme @ SOM Manipal on 18th August 2016.

Students of 2nd year had a great opportunity to interact with ITC officials. Around 18 teams participated in the challenge where they were judged based on marketing concepts, selling skills and their creativity on ground, in the Market! The teams participated in the Great Spirit and had fun while learning the applicability of marketing concepts. At the end of the day 16 teams were selected for next round based on their sales. The selected team were further evaluated by their sales presentations and shortlisted for the final round.

The Final round of ITC YUVA challenge was held on 31st August 2016 at St. Aloysius Institute of Management & Information Technology(AIMIT), Mangalore. Three teams were selected for the final round from SOM. Each team were asked to give their presentations which was followed by Q&A session with Panelists. The Panelists consisted ITC Professionals Mr. Kumar Madhav Gupta (Area Sales Manager) and Ms. Avantika Kumar (Assistant Manager- HR). Two teams won the challenge from SOM. The winners were:
