In continuation to the initiative undertaken by the Government of India, the Manipal – Government of Karnataka Bio incubator (MUTBI Society) regularly organizes a series of learning sessions under the GLOBAL TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS MAHE-UNB to comprehend the activities of Intellectual Property Rights. One of the sessions was presented by Ms. Ramya Ravi on the topic “Patenting and technology transfer” conducted on 18^th Feb 2022 at 5:30 pm. The session was attended by participants from Canada, South Africa, and other nations. The session detailed patenting practices undertaken in India and Canada and further explained the importance of university-industry technology transfer activities.
