Mr. Chetan Hasmukh Mehta, Research Scholar, Department of Pharmaceutics, Manipal College of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Manipal Academy of Higher Education, Manipal working under the guidance of Dr. Usha Yogendra Nayak, Associate Professor – Senior Scale, bagged the third prize in Oral Presentation for his research work titled “Novel Localized Drug Delivery Systems of Quercetin for Periodontitis: A Strategy Towards an Affordable and Accessible Medicine” co-authored by Gururaj C. Aithal, Dr. Usha Y Nayak during the International Webinar on Biomaterials the Road Ahead: Enabling Affordable and Accessible Medicine” jointly organized by Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham School of Pharmacy and Endorsed by Society for Biomaterials and Artificial Organs India (SBAOI) held during 16-17 March 2022.
