MCOPS pays tribute to Dr Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan, celebrating the Teacher’s Day

In honour of the 125th birthday of Dr Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan, a great teacher and philosopher, the Department of Pharmaceutics, Manipal College of Pharmaceutical Sciences, celebrated the Teachers’ Day with much zeal and enthusiasm on September 5, 2015. The event was attended by the Principal Dr C Mallikarjuna Rao and the Vice-Principal, Dr M Sreenivasa Reddy. All the teaching and supporting staff members, research scholars and post-graduates were present during the occasion. Amidst all the fun, laughter and delightful munchies, was hidden a message of love, respect and gratitude felt for the teachers. “We thank all our teachers who have played a vital role in our upbringing. Thank you so very much, Teachers and a very Happy Teachers’ Day, once again” said the students.
